Delivery & Returns
Your order will be shipped by our courier service, Sendle. Shipping is free for orders over $60 AUD and for orders smaller, a standard shipping fee of $10.90 applies (*Minimum shipping rate). Shipping fee is subject to delivery address and dependent on metro or remote location when calculating shipping fee.
Orders will be processed within 1 business day of placing your order. Please allow 2 – 5 business days for delivery (dependant on your location). Note, deliveries to Western Australia can take between 5 - 10 business days. Majority of orders will be shipped out within 1 - 2 business days of ordering.
Please note, orders placed from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays will not be processed until the next business day available.
We currently only deliver in Australia.
Whilst we do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered on time, Shelby’s cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather, courier issues, etc.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of Sendle. Any items missing/stolen or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by Shelby’s. If this is the case, please contact Sendle immediately, they often have more information than what is available online. Otherwise, please contact us directly and we can discuss your options.
